Website use

This website is provided for information, ordering access, entertainment, and communication with C&O Coffee Collective. You may use it for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse interactive features, or copy or exploit site content in a way that violates applicable law or our rights.

Menu, pricing, availability, and orders

Menu items, ingredients, availability, hours, pricing, promotions, and product descriptions may change. Online ordering and payment are provided through Square. The information and terms shown in the Square ordering flow at the time you place an order control that transaction.

If the website and the live ordering system differ on price or availability, the live ordering/checkout information controls.

Allergens and food information

Food and drink descriptions are provided for convenience and may not list every ingredient. Our shop handles common allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, ask a team member before ordering so we can provide the most current information. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

C&O Rewards terms

Participation in C&O Rewards is voluntary and is administered using Square Loyalty. Enrollment may require information such as a phone number or email address through Square.

• Earning and redemption: the current points-earning rate, reward thresholds, eligible purchases, redemption values, and other program details displayed through the C&O Square enrollment or checkout experience are the current program settings and control.
• No cash value: points and rewards are promotional benefits and have no cash value except where required by law.
• Account identification: you may need to use the same contact information associated with your loyalty account to earn or redeem rewards.
• Changes: C&O may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program, earning rules, or rewards prospectively, subject to applicable law and any notice that may be required.
• Abuse: fraudulent activity, manipulation of transactions, or misuse of the program may result in adjustment, suspension, or termination of rewards to the extent permitted by law.
• Square: Square's applicable terms and privacy notices also apply to the Square services used to administer the program.

Promotions, offers, and gift cards

Promotions and offers may have additional eligibility, timing, quantity, redemption, or availability conditions stated with the offer. Those specific conditions apply in addition to these terms. Gift cards and other stored-value products may be subject to separate terms shown when purchased or used.

Third-party services and links

Our website links to third-party services including Square, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

Intellectual property

The C&O Coffee Collective name, branding, original website design, photographs, graphics, text, and other original content are owned by or licensed to C&O Coffee Collective and may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for its intended purpose.

Website availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
