Our story started long before coffee. Mike and Amber Torres met while serving on active duty with the U.S. Army’s 1st Medical Brigade in Killeen, Texas. After military service, they carried that same teamwork into family life, business, and every chapter they built together.

After first building C&O Taco, the C&O name found a new home in Clear Spring. C&O Coffee Collective was created to be more than a coffee stop—a gathering place centered on great drinks, fresh food, small-town connection, and giving back to the community that helped shape their family.
