We keep website data collection limited. Depending on how you use the site, we may receive:

• Email address: when you voluntarily join the C&O email list.
• Order, payment, loyalty, and customer information: when you choose to order online, enroll in C&O Rewards, or otherwise interact with Square. Those activities occur through Square services.
• Basic technical information: web servers and third-party services may receive information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referral page, and request time as part of delivering the website.
• Local game preferences: some Coffee Playground features store a Bean Drop high score and sound preference in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device unless you clear browser data.

How we use information

• To send C&O marketing emails when you have asked to receive them.
• To operate and improve the website and its interactive features.
• To support ordering, loyalty, customer service, and related business operations.
• To protect the security and integrity of our website and services and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. As of the effective date of this policy, we do not use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising trackers on this website.

Email list and marketing

When you enter your email address in our footer and select Join the C&O List, you are asking to receive marketing emails from C&O Coffee Collective. The signup is processed through Square and the email is added to our Square Customer Directory for marketing purposes.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional communications that may be necessary for an order or other service you request.

Square and other third-party services

We use third-party services to operate parts of our business and website. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

• Google: Google Maps links and Google-hosted web fonts.
• Social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok when you choose to follow links to those services.
• Content delivery providers: certain site components may be delivered through public content-delivery networks.

When you leave our site or use a third-party service, that provider's privacy practices apply to its processing.

Cookies and local storage

We do not currently run a third-party advertising or analytics cookie system on clearspringcoffee.com. Interactive game features may use browser local storage for the limited purpose of remembering a high score and sound preference. Third-party websites you choose to visit, including Square and social-media sites, may use their own cookies or similar technologies.

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, our business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Marketing subscription information may remain in Square until you unsubscribe or it is otherwise deleted under our or Square's retention practices.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can also clear local storage through your browser controls. Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use the email signup form to collect personal information from children under 13.
